Choosing the Right Pixel Pitch for Your Video Wall in Bangladesh

If you are planning to install an LED video wall for your office lobby, store display, or outdoor advertisement billboard in Dhaka, one of the most critical decisions is choosing the correct pixel pitch.

What is Pixel Pitch?

Pixel pitch refers to the distance (in millimeters) from the center of one pixel (LED cluster) to the center of the next. For instance, P1.25 means the diodes are 1.25mm apart. A smaller pitch produces dramatically finer image clarity and higher resolution at close viewing distances, while larger pitches (such as P4, P6, or P10) are cost-effective for billboards viewed from 10+ meters away.

Viewing Distance Formula

A simple rule of thumb: Minimum Viewing Distance (in meters) ≈ Pixel Pitch (in mm). So, if your viewers will be 2.5 meters away in a conference room, a P2.5 or finer display guarantees a seamless image without visible pixel dots.
